Paying Credit for Calls to mobile numbers

I would like to find out if I can make calls to mobile numbers and landlines using Zoom and if so what are the subscription option.

you can make calls to mobile numbers and landlines using zoom.

depending on where you are calling from, there are metered plans, unlimited regional calling, and global calling plans.
