My phone subscription go to refund automatically

2 days back I receive the zoom email about the refund of my all the subscriptions but I don't do anything about the refund I don't know why it's going from today my all the subscriptions are going I'm not able to use anything.  even I use the zoom dialer I don't have any excess of my Dailer
