My office uses the Zoom Phone System for our phone calls and I use both the desktop computer Zoom Workplace app and the Zoom Workplace app on my cell phone.  In the last month, if I am on a phone call for more than 20 minutes, the audio from my end stops working.  The call is still connected and I can hear the person talking, but they cannot hear me anymore.  If I quickly switch the call to the other app (i.e. if I'm using the Zoom Workplace app on my cell phone, I switch to the Zoom Workplace app on my computer) the other person can start hearing me again.  Then like clockwork, after about 20 minutes the audio from my end stops working again.  If I switch back to the other Zoom Workplace app again, they can start hearing me again.  And this just keeps repeating after about 20 minutes.  My tech team seems to think this is something with my home network/internet, but I can talk on my personal cell phone at home on this&

I have an external number which is being system blocked, I checked on the account level and reviewed audit logs for user level.  This number has not been blocked.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  Thanks!

Is there a way to set up my holiday/vacation so that calls go directly to my voicemail without ringing?Also, can someone explain the Call Handling options on Holiday List & Call Handling? Should I turn those sliders on or off? I just want the calls to go directly to my OOO voicemail. 

I need to be able to see the phone number of the person I am talking to. I know that you can click a drop down button to see the number, but if I click into another app, then the phone number goes away. How can I have the phone number permanently showing?

I am a very small business just starting out.  I use zoom to forward business call to my personal phone.   When my personal phone rings I would like to determine if it is a personal call or a business call being forwarded by zoom.   Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank yiou

Hi. Our outbound Caller ID shows "Private Line" instead of our company name. I looked up the steps to change it and the company name appears to be in the system correctly so not sure how to address this issue. Our clients won't accept our calls because they think it is a spam call, so this is a significant issue for us. Any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you!

How do i increase my SMS daily limit to unlimited ?

Hi all -- our users are complaining that at least in the latest iOS app version, they can no longer see who accepted a call in a call queue. We used to see a call was answered by a specific user, like "Accepted by Mike for [Queue]", now it just says "Accepted by others for [Queue Name]". Is there a way to get the old behavior back, or a setting we can toggle? Here's what we currently see: Here was the great behavior earlier:   

Our Zoom Phone system has become live today after our numbers ported over from previous user. Everything is working fine, the IVR is in place with our options sending calls to the relevant destination. However, at the end of our recorded IVR message - a new message has appeared stating 'if you know the extension number of the person select now or press 0 to speak with an operator. This is not something we want/need - how do I turn it off... have been trying to find an option for it. Any ideas?

I will be submitting feedback , as requested by support, but just to check with the community a more efficient process for targeted holidays. We have multiple Queues and Shared Lines; they have different messages and processes for the out of hours overflow.  I only want certain queues / shared lines to close during a bank holiday, not the whole site.  If I try to use the holidays hour setting, targeted, I can set a date & time window, but there's not an option to just affect the hours, I don't want to play a default message etc, I just want to have the existing overflow per queue / shared line in place. So we are manually unticking the days on each queue currently to close them on bank holidays, then we need to remember to tick the days back on. Does anyone have a more efficient way in mind, please?

Can someone guide me through the initial setup of Zoom Phone. I have tried Zoom phone Management under the owner account settings. But the begin setup tab under phone management is missing. 

I am using Zoom Phone to handle phone and fax. I have noticed that automatic phone recordings do not appear in the desktop app, even though they do appear in the recording log. The same goes for faxes—sending and receiving faxes works, but received faxes only appear in the log, and my desktop app on my Mac says "No faxes received yet". Is there something I have to do in order to sync my desktop app with the company's account? Is it a permissions problem? Thank you!

I signed up for zoom phone to port my skype number .Sales told me to request porting at sign up . Saw the porting in progress for 3 days in my zoom account and then it just vanished, I have been trying to get help from Zoom for the last 5 days without much success . I  can not complete the porting document since its a skye number and my skype invoice does not have the information requested by the porting document. The  tech support request took 23 h to answer and they  send me the link to the porting page without answering any of my  question or providing more details than what is on the porting page  Sales promised me porting is simple - no worries . Now I'm stuck in a loop with NO help from Zoom and probably loose my number because I can not get any help. I any advice on how to actually get real support and help ? I cant even get this escalated ! Did anyone port a skype number

I'm currently combining two subaccounts into one parent account.Let's say abc.com is the parent account domain.Both @Abc.com and xyz.com are mixed together in the two subaccounts.I continue to take the following actions:When I add and invite a user on the parent account whose domain is abc.com, the user should choose "Consolidate into Account" because his domain is the same as the parent account's.Similarly, when I add and invite a user on the parent account, whose domain is xyz.com, the user should choose "Update Email Address" because domain is the different from the parent account's.Additionally, under the association Domain section under account management >> account profile, I find three options: Manage users with the same domain Allow users with the same domain to consolidate into this account Allow us

Has anyone gotten a Viking PA-IP paging adapter to work with Zoom?

To check the voicemail on a shared line you need to dial the phone number of the shared line, then wait until voicemail answers, then press 2 and enter your pin. The primary problems are, Wiating until voicemail picks up takes too long.Hoping that nobody else will answer the call every time the user wants to check voicemail.  Is there really no better way for a user to check their voicemail from the phone?

Hi all I've earched the topics and couldn't find an anwser.  I set up or phone system with DND Sync On so that users could press DND either on their phones of app. Great. But I've run into an issue where users who also have the mobile app cannot mute or DND just the app while in the office. Quitting the mobie app does NOT work, any incoming calls will launch the app.I've tried turing off DND Sync, but DND still sysnces between the mobile and desktop app. I've also seen the mute call queue function in the app - which is close to what I want but it is a faff to get to and you need to press Cancel to set your choice - not very intuitive. How do we DND or just Quit the mobile app so users can elect not to receive calls on their mobiles while at their desk.CheersPFM

Hi! We use the poly Savi 8220 office model and we implemented some Zoom switch changes specifically the sync to headset feature was disabled. But now we are getting reports that the Poly Dock is no longer ringing for users. We have tested it out and confirmed this is the case. It will ring for Teams calls but not for zoom. I can enable the option to have the ringer sound come from the laptop as a workaround. Just curious if this whole issue is related to the sync to headset. I will be testing this in my dev environment tomorrow as well. So if any of you have seen something similar please let me know! Thanks

We have a Call Queue on our account that has 3 members who answer any calls that come in to that queue. They are experiencing a weird issue when they go to transfer a phone call to an internal user - all 3 members in the Call Queue will have their desk phones (Polycom VVX 501) ring simultaneously and the member transferring the call will also have their phone ring like there is a call incoming but no display on the desk phone. They also mention that whenever internal users call each other on Zoom, their desk phones will ring as well. I have done numerous testing with this to determine the cause but I can't seem to find the solution. I have tried adding myself to Call Queue and see if my Zoom apps ring as above (nothing), I have checked call logs in Zoom admin portal and did not find any issues with call flow as stated. I am unsure if this is a phone setting or a Call Queue setting that I am missing. Any help or advice would be greatl

I am carefully following the steps at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060257#h_5ae26a3a-290c-4a8d-b3b0-6384ed267b13 for 'How to Complete the Initial Setup' in order to port a number.I have successfully completed the first step from that page: 'Sign in to the Zoom web portal'. However, the second step tells me to 'Click Phone System Management, then Begin Setup' and I see nothing regarding 'Phone System Management' on the web portal I've signed into.  Where might I have missed something, and where can I find the appropriate steps to follow?
