Error about Emergency Calling in Zoom Phone ("may be limited")

The error is "emergency calling may be limited or unavailable for user" in a little exclamation point icon next to my Zoom phone number.  What exactly does that mean?  I have tried to search for an answer, but have not been successful.  

 

Does it indicate a problem with my account, or is it just a caveat?

    Hi @tracyf22  and welcome to the Zoom Community! There are a few different reasons you could be seeing this error, frequently related to how the emergency address is setup. I do want to make sure this gets resolved for you, but because it requires personal information such as addresses and phone numbers, it's not something we can assist with on the community.
