Can no longer make calls

I used to be able to make out-going calls.  Now I get a message that says, "Sorry.  The requested service is not available for your calling plan."
I've logged in and out, open and closed Zoom.  Nothing.

No settings have been changed on our end.

    Hi Alan, have you checked the user profile in Phone System and checked the Assign option on the right to confirm the correct package is assigned to the user?
