Zoom not syncing anymore with my Apple Calendar

In the past my Zoom account when I create meetings automatically populate my Apple Calendar, this no longer works. I have tried calendar choices but gives Sign in with google or Microsoft, nothing to do with Apple Mail. I have tried my gmail account through sign in with Google but still does not appear. Help

Me as well. I just downloaded the most recent update and it is once again adding events to the Calendar app on my Mac.

I have this problem too.  Why has Apple calendar been removed and only Microsoft and Google calendars are now supported?  Why does Zoom now automatically open Outlook, an app I do not wish to use at all?   Please restore the functionality I needed or advise me how to revert to the previous version of Zoom that worked fine for me.

Apple has simply been removed from the options.  Why?  How is that an improvement?   I do not use and do not wish to use Microsoft Office.   I now find that it is impossible to give feedback or register a complaint.  This is simply unacceptable.

Hi @RH1656 @JohnW-2020 you still have the ability to export the scheduled meeting; however, you will need to schedule this meeting from the Zoom Desktop client; rather than the Web Portal.

From the Zoom desktop client 'Home' tab, you click on 'schedule'.

From the Scheduler window in the Zoom desktop client, click on 'more options'

*scroll down* and you will see you have the ability to Export Calendar, checking 'Use an external Calendar', from there you can select the calendar you'd like to export the invite to; and in your case, this would be iCal.

This "More Options" does not even appear for me anymore when I create a meeting.  Completely screwed up my reliable system for creating a meeting and then getting a quick prompt for the calendar I have previously connected.  Please revert or HELP!!!!

Thanks, I still don't really understand this but I have found the way to link to ical instead of Outlook and am happy about that

With the new upgrade to Zoom Workplace, Is there a way to always DEFAULT to always syncing newly schedulied meetings with my icalendar, (like I have for years!) rather than have to click "More" and Export every single new zoom mtg to my "external" icalendar. This is a big hassle.  thx!!

@RN52_2 I'd like the answer to that question as well. I want my iCal to be the DEFAULT solution, not the Zoom calendar. If not, it would be more user-friendly to be able to choose my iCal from the drop-down menu that ONLY lets me choose the Zoom calendar instead of clicking More Options and then Use an external calendar and then iCal. All those extra steps have decreased productivity.

Same. I only use iCal and Proton. There must be a way to set iCal as default. I refuse to use the others when I'm already set up with what works for my business.

Same issue - Microsoft, owner of zoom, appears to have cut off all auto sync of incoming zoom invites across our mac platform - with no notice - and we all have paid accounts with Zoom. Disgusting anti-competitive behavior.

Interestingly, the Zoom meetings do show up on my iphone calendar but not my Mac calendar.

I was able to turn on all of my calendars on Calendar Accounts so the Zoom meetings that appear on my iphone calendar now also appear on my Mac Calendar. It appears that the problem is solved.

MGSR - this issue does not seem to be resolved at all. The option to sync to the Calendar app on Mac OS 15.6 is not available. This means it is not possible to see or adjust the meeting invitation immediately after creation with Zoom Desktop app nor can you see possible conflicts as I previously could and seems all others above. This is a terrible product regression. Oddly, the invitations do flow over to iOS Cal app and then at some time later migrate to the Mac calendar but this can be hours.
