When I join a call my display name is different than the one saved on my profile. Help!

When I sign on to take a call or go to a call link, my name appears different than the one saved to my profile & I can't figure out why. I also can't rename it until someone else joins the call and I am using my zoom for business purposes and it looks really unprofessional. Can someone provide support here?
