virtual backgrounds disappeared

THIS ISSUE IS DRIVING ME NUTS!!!! You are not alone!

I also have backgrounds I have uploaded into my Pro Zoom acct that periodically vanish! Makes me crazy. I have a few backgrounds that are specific to certain meetings and presentations, I start the meeting, and my backgrounds are GONE! I have to scramble and re-upload what I need. 

I am going to open a ticket on this now. It has been bugging me for at least a year and it happened again last week.

When you originally added the background to Zoom, did you add it via the client or the website? It seems that if it's added via the client, it will be deleted, if you have to uninstall/reinstall the client. Try uploading it to the website instead.
