Using 2019 Macbook Intel with Ventura OS & no filters or studio effects

Just bought a new laptop and had my first Zoom meeting with it yesterday. Backgrounds were easy to set up but then I wanted to re-activate the Filters and Studio Effects I've been using for several years. They're gone!! And, when the software attempts to install updates, there is a fail error -- I think the number is 10004. I've already checked to be sure that Zoom is allowed access to the Downloads folder and it is.

I just installed Ventura. Is Zoom not up to speed?

Hi @dzrtdwlr83, thank you for your contribution to the Zoom community! We are so happy to have you here..

Devices running macOS 13 Ventura beta 5 or higher with Zoom desktop client versions 5.11.6 - 5.12.0 may encounter this error when updating the desktop client. To resolve the issue, visit the Download Center and manually install the newest version of the desktop client.
