trying to find version and update

when i click on my picture, nothing pops up but (1) my name with my email address and the word BASIC, and (2) the words SIGN OUT. There is nothing that allows me to tap HELP in order to see my version number and check for updates.

 

How can I find my version number and get the latest update?

      @gdjordan Thanks for reaching out. 

       

      Can you please restart and check again? Also is your Zoom account personal or business?

       

      You can also go to the 'Control Panel' -> click on 'Programs & Feature' -> scroll to Zoom to see your version.

        If your Zoom was installed from an MSI file, it might not have the option to update. For me, reinstalling solved it.
