struggling to open zoom after some weird mac change

hey everybody 

i am not tech savvy and something changed on my mac because i realised i had to log back in to everything, then im working on zoom and now it doesnt want to open because it says its blocked or firewall (thats off) and proxy somethings. i go on the help page and it looks like a different language to me. please can someone help me. this doesnt seem straightforward to me.
