simultaneous translation

Hello, we work in Turkey and most of our meeting are in Turkish. We have new foreigner colleague. He needs to simultaneous translation of the meetings. When he manually opens translation to English, it really does not work. Subtitle of the Turkish version works well but it does not translate into English good. How can we solve this problem? Do we need to do something else or do you have any other suggestions to make him understand simultaneously?

For you to have this feature you need to own a Translated Captions Add on license. If you do own it, please follow these instructions.

When using translated captions, you need to make sure that every participant sets two things:

  1. Speaking Language: The language that the participant is speaking
  2. Caption Language: The language the participant wants to see the captions in.

To do that, you need to activate translation (toggle it on), then every participant should get a dialog box to do the settings. Otherwise they can set it in the settings for the captions.
