Request for a refund
Hello, Zoom Customer Support Team,
I am a current account holder and would like to request a refund for my recent Zoom subscription plan.
The payment was made in the early hours of January 24, 2026, and was automatically renewed unintentionally. I have already canceled it on my account and would like to request a refund considering that I have not used it yet.
Please let me know if any additional information is needed.
