Payment not deducted but invoice shows credit – plan not activated
Hello,
I am facing an issue with my Zoom subscription payment.
Initially, I attempted to make a payment, but it failed due to insufficient balance. After that, I added funds and tried again. However:
- My invoice now shows a credit of ₹14,330.14
- I was asked to pay only ₹445.29, which I completed
- No amount has been deducted from my bank account
- My Zoom plan is still not activated
It seems the system has applied a credit without actually processing the payment.
Could you please:
- Verify whether any payment was successfully received from my account
- Clarify the source of the ₹14,330.14 credit
- Reprocess or correct the invoice if needed
- Activate my subscription after proper payment
