Is it possible to create custom logins for executives assigned to run meetings?

I'm not sure what you mean by "custom" logins.  Should each executive have their own account? Absolutely.

 

Let me know what specifically you want to do "special" for the execs.

Exactly. I'm just concerned that every manager or employee with a login has their own password.

I’m not sure if you’re not wanting separate logins or are leaning toward having separate logins. Sharing logins is actually against Zoom Terms of Service, so having separate logins is technically required.

 

If these execs have assistants, there is a way to assign what we call Scheduling Privilege to the assistants, allowing them to schedule (and even start) meetings on behalf of the execs. See this Zoom Support article for details:
