Hi, 

 

Since the last Zoom update, I'm automatically muted when I join a Zoom meeting, whether I'm a host or participant. 

 

I have checked all Zoom sound settings and my device sound settings for Zoom, but I haven't found a way to fix the issue.

Hello   @SMillere

Please verify in your Zoom Workplace Application settings under Audio that 'must my mic when joining' is deselected. Also, if you are hosting a meeting you have the option on the web to mute participants on entry; this could be the culprit. If you are joining as a participant to another user's meeting and they have this option selected you have no control and will be forced to use the settings of the meeting you are joining.
