Hello,Upcoming meeting is on July 14, currently with 498 registrants. I can view the list, but I can't download it.I already saw this post:https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/How-do-I-download-the-registration-list/m-p/41722#M20647However, I do not see my upcoming meeting in the list - even if I search it via meeting ID or adjust the date range inclusive of the day of the upcoming meeting  

My account has a limit of 300 participants in a meeting. Does this limit the registration to 300 or just limit the number of people who actually enter the meeting? For example, could there be 500 people registered, but it will only let 300 in? Or, will it only allow 300 people to register, even if only 150 of those actually join the meeting?  

I have 4 meetings scheduled one-a-month over the next four months. I can edit the meeting description for each month, but the registration link still contains the meeting description for the first meeting which was last month. The only way I have found to change the registration link description is to edit all meetings. Is there a way to have the registration link reflect what is in the meeting description for each month?

I am trying to set-up Zoom Meeting for 1:15 and 1:45pm but it will only allow me to schedule them for 1:00 and 1:30pm.  And it will not allow me to change it, this is a big problem as you cannot set up ones that overlap but my 1:15 goes until 1:45 then the 1:45-2:15.  Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this?

I am scheduling a meeting as a host (I have Zoom license) and adding another user of the main account as an alternative host (the user does not have a Zoom license). If the alternative host starts the meeting will be there a 40 minutes limit for the meeting or it will be without duration restrictions because it has been scheduled from an account with a Zoom license. 

How do I file an official report of inappropriate behavior to Zoom for today's meeting , when my meeting list did not include today's recurring meeting (last meeting was listed as April of 2023)? Also, I cannot receive live technical support based on the type of account I own.  

How to cancel a zoom meeting registration without sending the cancellation email to participant?

If you hire large meetings, it means that there cannot be more than 500 or 1000 people, depending on what you have hired, in a zoom.My question is: what happens with the registrations?I can have 1,500 registered and then less than 1,000 come in the zoom?Is the limit only for the meeting or also for registration?

I switched to a new HP windows 11 laptop and now my Focusrite scarlett isn't working.  Any suggestions?  Thanks. 

Hey peeps,  for a while now I have a problem with getting kicked out of zoom calls. It's usualy 1 - 3 seconds only but the entire window shuts down in that timeframe and then reopens. Just now it happened again while I am a guest on someone's group call. Usually I do 1:1 coaching that is recorded and it still happens, recording is intact, nothing changes, I just cut out for that moment. Within one hour this can happen several times and especially in deep coaching conversations it´s unacceptable for me to not figure this out to keep my clients in the flow.  Using the latest version of Zoom on my stacked out intel iMac. It´s connected both via ethernet cable and Wifi. Internal priority is to use the ethernet. Even though when I used to play an online game it seemed like if I am not turning wifi off it still prioritizes using the wifi (assumption made based on the ping difference). Had a call with my IPS and as far as the

I love using Zoom to record as I can toggle to my script and read it straight into camera. I need at least 720 resolution for my Udemy courses. I put the record settings to 720 but when I download the recording to my MacBook, it's gone down to 640 × 360 and is unusable. When I go onto the recording on the Zoom website, I can't find the resolution of the video. Can anyone help please? 

I run a daily recurring stand up meeting every morning with my team. Twice now in a week the Co-Hosts have been removed automagically after the meeting is ended. Any thoughts? I keep adding them back, both through the desktop app and online.

My zoom screen freezes and it needs to be restarted always to continue with the meeting. but the confusion is that the zoom is freezing in my Pc with a ryzen 9 5900x 128GB ram connected via LAN cable and the zoom doesn't not freeze when using the lower end laptop connected via wifi to the same internet connection. so i am not able to understand the actual issue with the app. kindly help me with the issue its effecting my work drastically.

Hi, I was reading the articles on your website, and it does not mention how latency affects Zoom. I'm about to sign up for a new ISP with the following characteristics: 25Mbps DL / 5 Mbps UL, and 600ms ping Is that ok for using Zoom? I see some people complaining about latency, but I wanted to make sure Thanks!

I haven't used Zoom in 6 months.  Found out that with my same plan, I am no longer able to chat with a live agent (same money, less service).  So, in setting up a meeting, I can no longer find where to create Custom Registration Questions or to resend confirmation emails.  Are these options still available? Thanks for the assist. 

The virtual background is not loading even though I have a green screen. Can someone tell me how to trouble-shoot ? 

Hi there, I'm having issues retrieving a recording I made earlier today. I should note that I did NOT set up the meeting, somebody from a different company did, and this person made me a host of the meeting so that I could record it. I clicked on "Record to Cloud" (I heard the notification), and I also stopped the recording when done (I heard the notification). Do you know where the recording could have gone? Could it have gone to the cloud of the person who created the meeting? It's already been more than an hour since the meeting ended, and I doubt it would take so long to process. Thank you!

Ever since the first day I started usingzoom, I receive reminders for meetings that moved to a different time.  So the reminder is not suncing up with the meeting time that is on my Outlook calendar.  I also very often (I don't believe it is 100 percent of the time) will also receive a reminder for a time that I initally clicked on to open up a new invite but never actually saved/scheduled the meeting at that time.  How can I make this stop?

Recently while I was hosting a meeting my mouse bounced on the "Lock Meeting" in the participants sub menu.  This locked the meeting right near the start and many participants were not able to join. There was no indication or dialogue that the meeting was locked, until my boss called.Seeing as the "Lock Meeting" item is at the bottom of the list, and it is critical to the operation of the meeting can a dialogue be added to confirm the change. Thank you

I'm on Windows 10 with Voicemeeter Potato version 3.1.1.1 with VAIO Extensions.  I've been using it without problems for 3 months (until today).  I have my speakers in Zoom set to VAIO input # 5 and it was working.  Today it doesn't work. I can use any other Voicemeeter input with no trouble.  Also other applications can send to VAIO input number 5 so Voicemeeter is working 100% with all of my other applications.  I even de-installed and re-installed Zoom but no go.   I'm pretty sure it is a Zoom issue.  It also says that my default input is VAIO number 5 but in Windows System settings I have it set to Voicmeeter Input and not VAIO #5 so Zoom is not reporting the correct default device either.  For the time being, I've switched to using a VB Cable for output from Zoom (input to Voicemeeter) but something within the last 2 weeks has caused the break from Zoom (only) to VAIO input number 5.  I also reported the issue

I have set up two types of meetings in Zoom. One is a meeting that recurs regularly (same time, two days a week, for 16 weeks). The other is a Recurring with No Fixed Time. So far so good. When I go to "My Meetings / Upcoming", every occurrence of the first type of meeting is listed, and the second type of meeting is at the very end. This is because the upcoming meetings are sorted by starting time, and there is no starting day or time for a No-Fixed-Time meeting. Here's my question: Is there a setting in Zoom which enables me to put the No-Fixed-Time meeting at the top of the list? (I'm not sure whether it's relevant, but I've tried naming the No-Fixed-Time meeting so that it precedes the other alphabetically, and this doesn't work.)
