Hello to all, when we use the interpretation option, the sound of the original voice (not translated) is very low. Is there a way to have it at normal level ?So far, the only solution is to mute and unmute the translator when is talking and not talking. In so doing, the original sound stay loud. But it is not user friendly. Anyone has a better idea ?Thank you very much

Hi I would like to play metronome ticking while on zoom meeting. I have iPad pro.Is it possible to play metronome sound while on the iPad zoom?

Hello - I am a yoga studio owner and I am using the zoom app built into the Amazon Omni Fire Tv to run zoom classes with virtual teachers. 1ST - I have an innex panoramic camera and also installed a sound bar compatible with the Omni Fire TV.  We are muted in the yoga room during class, but there is an echo with the teachers voices.  I have instructed the teachers to use airpods.  The problem is not volume, but quality of sound.  Instructions are running together to the point they are unintelligible.  2ND - The zoom app will not allow me to send the sound to my overhead speakers.  I can send sound to overhead speakers with other apps like youtube.  I love this platform, but the audio quality is bad.  PLEASE HELP!  .

I'm using Zoom 6.1.0.198, installed from the .deb package and it keeps crashing on Ubuntu 24.04. Nothing works, I open the app and whichever place I click the application just crashes. Every time I need to open the Zoom app, after several minutes my display starts to blur which causes my entire laptop to blur even after closing the app, I usually have to restart my computer for this to stop, but it happens every time that someone shares their screen on Zoom. It has never happened with another program. I don't know if this is a problem caused by my device or by Zoom's software, and if so, how can I fix it? 

I've been using Zoom for a long time on a Samsung galaxy Tab S6 model SM-T860 . and just within the past day Zoom workplace app will not launch.  It never said Workplace before? It leaves me stuck on the screen that says Zoom will start or click the button.  nothing happens when I click the button.  I have uninstalled, cleared data & cache on this tablet twice. any suggestions please? thank you.  Is there possibly a link to an older version that I can install 

It seems like there's a bot named Arthur joining Zoom meetings I'm invited to. The host can remove the bot from the meeting, but I'm puzzled about how or why it's joining. I've changed my password just in case my account has been compromised. Has anyone else experienced this?

When I make a Google Slides presentation in Zoom, I like to have the notes in one macOS Space and the presentation in full Screen in another Space.  However, what I found was guests are not able to see the presentation until I switch to that space.  This presents a problem because I am not able to move my presentation notes to the presentation space without reducing the size of the presentation.  Is there a way to make this work?

Windows 10 PC - Lenovo 20W1S0VM00Windows 10 Version: 22H2Zoom Version: 6.0.4 (38135) I've been seeing an issue with Zoom meetings when launched it shows 1/4 of the image and then white the rest of where the participants should be. This is specific to Zoom, not any other meeting application. Steps taken: 1) Removed Zoom2) Ran CleanZoom software3) Reinstalled MSI from Zoom download Center4) Changed scaling from 150 % to 100 % within Windows - this seems to fix for most people but this is a bandaid not a fix.  Has anyone seen this with a permanent fix? 

Recently I have found that the video preview panel disappears when I start screen sharing and Optimise for Video clip and select an Entire Screen. I use a low-res display of 960x720 for dual-screen PowerPoint presentations. I have to choose Show Video Panel from the … menu. There have never been any performance issues when sharing. This is very inconvenient, as I have to repeat this manually whenever stopping and re-starting screen sharing. It didn't used to do this. I see no mention of this feature in settings. How do I restore previous functionality, to always keep the video panel active, so I can see myself and my participants? Zoom Version: 6.1.0 (35886)Mac OS 14.5M2 Mac Mini NB I cannot share the PowerPoint Window (rather than the entire screen), as I am using

In cloud recording, can I record the active speaker when sharing screen, but have recording switch to gallery view of all participants once screen sharing stops? I don't want to show each individual active speaker in the recording after the shared ppt is finished and the meeting is opened for questions. At that point I want to show the group. Is this possible?

Zoom updated and now it's lagging but my internet is still running at top speed and only zoom is the issue.

I would like to automatically record meetings with some clients, but not with others. Is this possible?  What if I set up a different room id for clients that I want to record?  

Hi, ON MAC MONTEREY - when I start a meeting I end up with 3 zoom windows 1 - white start a zoom window (called Zoom) - I can close this2 - a zoom meeting window  (called Zoom Meeting)3 - another that seems to be used for screen sharing (another called Zoom) I can NOT close this cause it tells me to leave the meeting... I do NOT want the 3rd window if no one is sharing a screen . How can I set things up to : Auto quit the startup window after I start anew meeting?NOT have the 3rd window at all unless someone is sharing a screen? Thanks Much - Dave

After upgrading my Zoom Client 6.1 the avatar option is not available anymore. I have reinstalled it several times, but it did not work. Try in another computer with 6.0.11 and works correctly. What should I do to resolve this issue? Thanks.

Hi, maybe someone has experienced this issue and could help. After the latest Zoom update I don't see any meeting requests from participants after I start hosting a meeting on my laptop. When participants use the link or the password I send them, they see a message that I have another meeting in progress. (And I don't see anyone trying to access me in Zoom) 

I have been using zoom successfully on both desktop and laptops - but recently, the meeting room link (we use the same one each time) isn't working on either of the laptops. It tells people I am in a different meeting and then I need to send a new link out, which is not ideal. anyone know why and how to fix? thank you

I have a Dell Inspiron 24 5415 AIO with a Realtek audio device.  The computer came with the MaxxAudioPro app installed as well.  I have two weekly calls.  One which is a discussion and one which is a musical performance.  During the discussion call, I have no problems.  During the musical performances, I constantly have problems.  It works until the volume from the source gets loud (musical instruments, loud voices, etc.). I have found online a suggestion of uninstalling the Realtek audio driver.  When I do this, no sound works on the entire computer.  I can listen to even louder audio from other sources (e.g. a YouTube video) without issue.  I assume this is going to be some sort of interoperability issue between Zoom and my audio device, perhaps related to compression?  I have gone through some more of the obvious troubleshooting steps (Windows updates, driver updates, Zoom update, etc.) with no effect.&nb

I have two main problems with the new version of Zoom:1) I cannot find the meeting link ANYWHERE. I need this to share with people, both via sms with a meeting reminder and also when i create zoom events with another application, the attendees need to recieve the zoom link in their registration email and their reminder email.  It just does not seem to be visible anywher with the new, overly simplified version of zoom2) Email invitation does not work. I invite participants via their email address for a zoom meeting but they never recieve the email. I even sent it to myself and i don't get the email. Again i really need access to the zoom link so i can share with people who are supposed to attend.3) how on earth are we able to adjust settings in the new version?  4) list of upcoming meetings is no longer visible. I can only see them in a callender where many other non zoom meeting items are also present, so it is not very helpful to see what

Hi all, We are hosting Zoom on both Windows 10 and Mac mini machines. Recently, Crestron room controllers (Android) in some of the rooms appeared multiple times in the Zoom Rooms in Device Management, some online, and some offline. As a result (that's what we believe) after the host Windows or Mac device restarts these controllers do not automatically get paired with the Zoom rooms. Is it a known issue, what is the solution? If anyone could please shed a light on this 🙂 Thank you.

Has anyone every encountered a situation in which they were signed into a scheduled meeting, and they were unable to activate the mute or video button, but they could communicate via chat? This happened to me today and I lost an opportunity to connect. When I checked my account, I could see that I didn't have some sort of OA2 token, so I updated that. This has only happened one time before. It's a weird, but scary, glitch.

Hi, I have updated my settings in Zoom for Livestream. I previous had chosen Facebook and wanted to add Youtube and Custom. I update the settings, but it does not appear as an option once I start a meeting. Has someone had and solved this issue?
