I am unable to set up integration with Apple calendar or contacts.  Help!

I'm getting a message that I need to update to version 5.17.5 or newer.  However, when I download the update, I get version 5.16.6.  How do I get 5.17.5?

I like to record Zoom meetings for podcasts, but my computer has lately been restarting itself randomly. I'm worried that if it does this while I am recording, I will lose all the material I have recorded. Is there a way I can prevent this from happening in the event my computer does restart spontaneously during a recording? Will it make a difference if I record locally or to the cloud?Please reply soon as I'm doing my next recording this Sunday! Thank you.

I’m on a Mac using iCal for calendaring. My clients use Outlook (about half Mac and half Windows). What’s the best way for me to send meeting notices for Zoom meetings that will show up in their Outlook calendars? Thanks.

I am hosting a meeting that I probably should have set up as a webinar. I need to send everyone a thank you and follow up email but I can’t figure out how to do that on zoom or how to get all of the emails that have registered and out them in outlook or gmail. Please help.  

Zoom has been awesome for remote work, but it has always been annoying that participants can only see chat comments posted after they join a call. Because of this... Links to meeting minutes get posted to chat multiple times at the start of meetings so people who joined later can see them. When introductions are done in chat, people joining a few minutes late don't see introductions they missed. When switching a Zoom call between phone and laptop, chat history if lost. If you get dropped from a call and re-join, you lose all of the chat history. It's not clear who can see which parts of the chat when not everyone was on the call from the beginning. Ideally, the chat history for a Zoom call (i.e., all chat comments to everyone since the call started) would be visible to everyone else, regardless of when they joined (or re-joined) the call. Is there a way to automatically export meeting data, comparing invited guests with actual participants, without using VLOOKUP in Excel? I just spent a great deal of time adding contacts in the Personal Contacts List because I didn't want to link to my gmail contact list.  But, when scheduling a meeting, it doesn't seem to pull data from the Personal Contacts List.  What am I missing?  What's the point of a Personal Contact List if you can't use it to invite people to a zoom meeting?

The URL for a regular meeting has disappeared.・Can I go back to a past meeting and set the same URL as a regular meeting again?・Why did the URL disappear even though I never had a regular meeting?

Hello!I am trying to generate a meeting registration report, and when I enter the meeting ID or the date of the meeting it shows no data. It also shows no data as a result when I search for meetings I have already generated registration reports for in the past. Why is the registration report not generating properly? I am logged in and have done this same process several times in the past.Thanks! Abbey

Can I set a recurring meeting...only for to "the first two" Thursdays of every month?Not weekly, not biweekly.. the first two only, and using the same dial in??We should be able to set this up ourselves.  I do not want to confuse my members .. Help. 

As is stated, I am using an application to share pictures and videos to a second monitor, and am using zoom to share that second monitor. However sometimes after sharing, and sometimes not even after sharing, i cannot click back into zoom without the 2nd screen going black. Anyone have any idea as to why this might be or if there is a fix? 

I understand that we can no longer schedule recurring meetings using our personal meeting id.  Until recently, I never experienced this limitation.  I would just like to register my disappointment with this change.  My clients all know that all of my Outlook calendar invitations have always carried the same personal i.d., and now I cannot continue on that basis.  Zoom says our personal I.D. should be reserved for "unscheduled meetings" but nearly all of my meetings are recurring.  I wish we could return to the way this worked before.  

I was downloading a Zoom recording from Zoom.us and decided to trim the video. Unfortunately, I accidentally trimmed out the part I needed and kept the part I didn't need.Is there any way to undo this trim or restore the original, unedited recording?I haven't been able to find an 'Undo' option, and I'm really hoping there's a way to recover the original file.Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Is it possible for someone to bypass the waiting room to get into a meeting? If so, can someone do that without being detected?

Oct. 11, 2023Seeing more responses on the issue, I updated my original message to make it more useful. Problem:On my Windows 11 laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad, E495, ethernet wired connection), when I start Zoom (even without signing in, same with Microsoft Team), the internet speed test shows a 30-times drop, from 450 Mbps to ~10 Mbps. Temporary remedy: After your Zoom session, QUIT Zoom (or Team) COMPLETELY so your internet speed is back to normal. You make sure this by clicking the "Show hidden icons" arrow at the bottom-right of your screen to see all the applications running and exit Zoom if it is still there. Attempted fix. It worked briefly for an earlier version of Zoom, but does not work anymore (after Zoom version evolution) as of Oct. 11, 2023 :   1.) Search for the "Control Panel" and open this up.   2.) HiAs my first thread disappeared here a second try. I often have the following problem while hosting a zoom meeting.The audio and video is working fine, so my internet connection in generell is fine. But it looks like that zoom is stealing all my bandwidth. I cannot use my browser or other apps that needs internet connection (like App Store on my MacBook).I was using zoom 6.3.10 and am updating it to 6.3.11 right now. It will be nice for auto forward meeting to a mail list. I'm doing so using role on Gmail , but it's somewhat limit.

Just last week, my students haven't been able to get into my weekly meeting. Each student registers for their own log in link and for years all has worked fine. Now, almost all of them are unable to get in because it says Registration Closed. But, I've not closed registration and can't figure out how to open it. And, the oddest thing is that one student could get on today but everyone else couldn't. I've updated my zoom  to the latest and it is still happening. I use Chrome on a mac. Please help. 

When in zoom meeting my chat window does not have emoji option. Happens whether attendee or co-host. All other attendees have it.  This has been going on all week.  I have used multiple computers, multiple zoom accounts, and reinstalled zoom twice.

The annotation icon (pen in a box) always stays at the lower left corner of the Zoom window that blocks my control tools.  Any way to remove/relocate it?  Thanks.
