I need to speak to a live support agent, PLEASE!!!
Please, PLEASE...is there any way that I can speak with an actually person instead of the AI bot?
Our account details have changed but we didn't change them. I have the account number, the email, the invoice number and everything but the bot can't help.
I am getting an error message saying "Having trouble signing in with this email..." It won't even accept the email address so that I can go to the next page to enter the password. We haven't changed anything on our account and I have the invoice to prove we paid for the year.
