How can I find recurring, anytime meetings in the desktop client?

Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?

Our recurring meetings are missing a ton again. I do not understand why recurring meetings are being broken with updates. This is a crucial feature.

Broken for me too ... :?

Zoom Support just told me they removed recurring meetings to be listed on desktop app due to customer feedback. That does not seem right. I know so many users that love that feature.

That makes no sense to me. If you have to go to the web app to initiate the meeting, why have a desktop app?

Because the Desktop App was able to schedule the meeting with no fixed time and recurring. It did do it.
and The Desktop App sorts it Alphabetically. The web side does not. So if you have a bunch of meetings, maybe for each patient or customer, or employee and they are about 50, or 100, it gets hard to use. Easy on the Desktop App sorted by name

Exactly! Preach my brother preach! I confirmed that is the story they are telling me 3 different times with 3 different people. If they sincerely believe that, they are out of touch with their customer base. I talked to some other video conference platforms, and they are aware that customers are asking for it, and Zoom may be dropping the ball. They are looking into adding this feature to their platforms. If successful there may be a max exodus of users from Zoom.

This is so annoying. Zoom just updated today and seems to have removed the 'Recurring Meetings' entirely from the desktop client?! Has anyone figured out a fix yet?

Thankfully I can still find through the website.

Yes, very annoying. We all have to tell Zoom that we want this feature, since they are saying customers don't want it. Which doe not seem to be true.

Hello Community Members,

We're sorry for the inconvenience.
The Recurring Meeting section is not available for users with Merge Meetings and Calendar tabs enabled.

Kindly go to your Zoom web portal and disable the 'Merge Meetings and Calendar tabs.'

That is not the problem. Merge meetings and Calendar Tabs is a feature that needs to be turned off. True. But even after that, recurring meetings are still gone. Turning off Merge Meetings and Calendar tabs is the answer tech support gives me everytime, then they check and see it is off. The problem goes beyond that. Zoom developers are saying they removed the feature.

This is ridiculous. Zooms approach to implementation of features seems to be whatever someone thinks is something you should do at any given time.

No coherence and zero f*cks given to the most BASIC of UX best practices. Complete amateur hour.
Clearly there's no sense of direction or oversight or roadmap for anything and things get changed ad hoc.

Management need to get their s*t together. Or hire someone competent to run the show.
