Hello. In 2025, I participated in a group purchase of a Zoom Enterprise plan, but it has now expired and I am unable to access the cloud recordings. I would like to purchase a Pro plan in order to recover the recordings stored in the cloud. However, as shown in the uploaded image, I am unable to proceed with purchasing the plan due to the message displayed. What should I do in this situation? Additionally, if I subscribe to a paid plan again, I would like to confirm whether the recordings that were previously stored in the cloud will be restored.
