Email Reminders

If your meeting has registration enabled, do participants get an email reminder an hour or so before the event starts or just as it starts?

If not how do you export to do that maually?

Hello @ZenkaCaro ,

 

For meetings with registration enabled, your registered attendees will NOT receive a reminder email.

 

Automatic reminder emails are only available for Webinars.

 

To manual send a reminder email to registered attendees of your meeting,

follow the steps outlined in the Zoom documentation linked below.

Thanks so much I appreciate your response. Any way to export those emails? It seems that it says "import from CVS" but not export. Thanks.

Hi @ZenkaCaro ,

 

Yes.. you can export a list of registered attendees!

 

You do this via the Reports menu in the Zoom Portal.
