Adding meeting to Outlook calendar

Hello

 

Does anybody know if it is possible to have Zoom meetings added to the Outlook calendar automatically when the email notification is received?

    Hello!

     

    You can tie your Zoom account into your calendar and it will load all of your meetings into the zoom client.

    Hi Rick

    So what I'm wondering is say for example somebody sends me an email with a Zoom meeting link in it, can I set it anywhere so that it is automatically added into my Outlook calendar? I hope that make sense. Thanks.

    Hello!  Sorry about that.  That integration won't look through regular emails to find zoom links.  It's just going to recognize items that are on your calendar.  

     

    At this time, all feature requests are managed within our https://zoom.us/feed submission form. We encourage you to submit this idea there, where the information will reach the relevant product team for review.
