Accidental Purchase of Large Meeting Add-on – Refund Request

안녕하세요.

 

저는 기존에 프리미엄 계정을 사용 중이었는데, 회의 진행 중 참여자 인원 제한 안내가 나타나면서 Large Meeting(대규모 회의) 추가 옵션이 실수로 결제되었습니다.

 

의도한 결제가 아니었으며 해당 기능은 아직 사용하지 않은 상태입니다.

가능하다면 해당 결제를 취소하고 환불 처리해주실 수 있는지 확인 부탁드립니다.

 

결제 직후 실수로 결제된 것을 확인하여 바로 문의드립니다.

    Thanks for reaching out. For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

    For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
