10 minute delay to reconnect after 40m session

Starting today, I am experiencing a situation that never happened before. After a 40 minutes meeting session, when I try to reconnect, I'm told to wait 10 minutes before being able to reconnect.

Is this a new (unexpected) feature of Zoom Meetings, or was it some kind of error?

Hi, I have the same problem and it is very, very inconvenient! if this is now a new thing all this is doing is going to make me change platforms.

Implementing this with no warning message about the wait to restart is just plain rude. Yes, I paid, because I had to finish the meeting, but I chose the plan that will allow me to cancel it at the end of the month and move to one of the other services. If you’d given me warning I’d still be with you as a paying customer, but you put me in a tight spot to extort a membership and I don’t want to do business with companies like that.
