Zoom Apps

Despite having installed multiple apps from the marketplace and using the latest version of the Zoom app on my Mac laptop I can not get any of the apps to work/show up on Zoom at all. 

 

Any advice?

    Do you have the Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button option enabled in your web settings? Go to the Settings page, switch to the Zoom Apps tab, and check that setting.  With that enabled, you can see and use apps in the desktop client.

    Here are some things to check & try:


    - Are you logged in to your desktop Zoom client with the same account as you are installing the apps onto? For ex using a work Zoom instead of your personal? 

    - Are you joining other people's meetings, or are these your own?

    - Have you tried restarting your computer?

    - When you go to About Zoom and check the version, which do you have?  The latest is here: https://zoom.us/download
