I've set up the Zoom / Salesforce integration and it's not reliably pulling webinars through to SF when we create them in Zoom. I work for an organisation that runs online training and we have several members of staff who host webinars; webinars created by one member of staff have successfully pulled through, but webinars with different hosts don't pull through. All the hosts are assigned to the Zoom admin permissions set on SF. Any ideas?I set up up and authorised the integration - I am an admin on both SF and Zoom, but I don't have a Zoom webinar licence or host webinars.

I am trying to develop a zoom markeplace application where one of the feature require livestreaming the meeting to an rtmp server. I went through all the zoomSDK apis but I didn't find any API which helps in livestreaming the meeting. Can someone please help me to resolve this issue.Thanks

Hello,We need your support, we created a learning Web app on the Bubble.io platform where we the Admin Create Zoom calls through the API, we create a "Server to server App" in the Zoom marketplace, and the API returns us two URLs Join URL and start URL, we are sharing the join URL the students and Start URL with the teacher because the teacher is going to be the host of that meeting. Basically, we are creating a meeting for someone else. The issue we are facing is when teachers use the Start URL to join the meeting as host, its don’t allow them and says that you’re not the host, only the account I use to create the Server to Server app, only that account is allowed to join as host in the meeting, Can you help me to solve this issue, please.Thanks.

Hey community, I am a web developer and have a customer using Zoom for Webinars (so pays for the service). I am developing an private marketplace app for that customer using the Webinar API. The problem I have is the license. I need to use the customer account to create the app because I don't have a payed Zoom Webinar license account for myself. Here is my question now: Is there a way to a sort of create a sub account / additional administrator account to the main account of my customer so that I can work independently from them? Their account is secured by a secure code via email and I don't want to ask day by day. Thank you.

I am curious if there are plans to make the zoom chrome extention a little more useful.  The calendly schedule extention allows us to view the configured scheduled meetings and copy links out quickly and easily.  Just wondering if that is a possibility since it is difficult to open the a tab log into zoom scheduler and then find the predefined schedule, click make one time invite and then copy the link and finally emailing the link to a customer/person so they can schedule a meeting on my calendr.

For some reason we are receiving  "Attempted to start an invalid broadcast session"  error message in iOS 14.4 devices in Meeting SDK.  Any ideas?

We evaluate the use of the Dynamics 365 Integration and have noticed that useres are getting logged out and have to login at least everytime the close/open the browser. Is there a way for us to ensure that the users stay signed in?

Hi, We want to integrate zoom in our application. But major issue we are facing is we unable to authorize different user using common client id and secret which stored globally. Let me explain step by step:1. I created oauth app in marketplace and i got client id and secret credential with required meeting related scope.2. I added these creds and able to integrate my account and successfully generated access token for myself and also able to perform further operation like create meeting, get meeting info, update meeting etc.3. We stored these creds globally and we want to use them to authorize every use who want to use zoom in our application.4. So when a new user try to integrate the zoom app we got "Application not found error". For that user. I dont understand why ? we cant create zoom oauth app for every user and then they will use zoom in our application , this will not make any sense.  Can you p

We have setup Einstein Conversation Insights in our Salesforce organization and have everything setup. We have over 90 people connected and it's working fine. However we have one user who is getting a yellow banner with "Your Zoom Video connection needs attention. View Connection" at the top of their page. When they click on it under "Connect Zoom Account" there is the message "Activities aren't being captured from this account anymore. Either reconnect this account or confirm you wan to disconnect it. Reconnect or Disconnect. If the problem continues, contact your Salesforce admin." I am the Salesforce admin and have had the user disconnect and reconnect their connection but this error persists. When I reach out to Salesforce they say the error is on Zoom's side. I have also had the Zoom admin remove the user from the configuration allowing connection and adding them back. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just starting using Fathom to record meetings and most of my devices will allow Fathom to record. But one device blocks the recording. Is there a way to disable blocking on that device?

For some reason I cannot uninstall this plugin (meeting recaps, read.ai), it is in zoom apps, whenever i try to use another plugin this activates automatically, I tried everything, go to manage apps, even unistalled zoom app and installed again, nothing worked.
