!Im very excited for the Zoomtopia 2023! Hope you all are too!

I was super excited to have been invited by Zoom to the Zoomtopia International Reception the evening before Zoomtopia which gave me the opportunity to network and mingle with Zoom partners and enterprise customers.  During the reception I took a selfie and posted it on LinkedIn with #Zoomtopia. The next morning when I entered the main hall for the Vision and Product Keynote I was delighted to see my selfie on the main stage social wall!!!  I was also lucky enough to get a tour behind the scenes of the main stage to see the incredible production work going on behind the scenes, combining live Zoom participants on the main stage, graphics, emojis, pre-recorded presentations and remote live speakers.  Overall an incredible production, especially from a technical production p.o.v, the Zoom Professional Services Team definitely set the bar high! I attended all the sessions relating to virtual and hybrid events, and was excited to meet the many of the talented Zoom Event

Deciding to attend Zoomtopia in-person was the best decision. It has been fun, networking with others, including leaders at Zoom has been invaluable. It’s a friendly environment that is a direct reflection of the culture. Thank you, Eric! Day 2 is just kicking-off and I’m looking forward to continued announcements of new features and solutions. I’ll be providing a Zoomtopia Recap this Friday in the Zoom Test Kitchen and will include my thoughts around many of the new features.

Will there be a place to store or check my suitcase at Zoomtopia San Jose? 

When and where will we be able to buy Zoomtopia 2022 swag? I missed getting a 2021 T-Shirt and I don't want to miss it this year.

Hello team,I've read on the event page that an app for in-person attendees will be available. Before making a final decision about getting a ticket, our management wants to know if there's a b2b matchmaking on the app or in any other form.I also was not able to find any info about a list of attending companies of participants - I know several conferences provide these in various forms, so is it possible to receive one for this or any previous events? Thank you very much! 

Hi there! I'm deaf and use sign language to communicate. I'll be attending Zoomtopia virtually. I did not see anywhere on the event page to request a team of ASL interpreters to make the event accessible for me and some other deaf people who might be attending the event. Who should I reach out to?  Kindly advise.

I just finished yesterday running 6 days of over 115 hybrid meetings using Zoom with groups as small as 10 to 170  and different equipment.The meetings went great, we did learn some lessons to make it better next year. The other big thing when this started the hotel AV bill was around $320k , by spending about $36k I got that bill down to $140k. I know this can be helpful and I haven’t found this information in other places.If a spot opens I would like to submit it.

I see call for Zoomtopia speakers is open thru 5/30.  Does company have to be sponsor or exhibitor partner in order to submit as presenter?  any requirements for entity or personnel to apply as presentation speaker (other than Zoom engagement)?  a bit of confusion on our team's side  as to must be invited to sponsorship by Zoom in order to present,,,is that so?   Want to make sure can submit as speaker without sponsorship invite, etc.  please advise asap

Hello Zoomtopia Crew, I'm not sure how we missed it, but only have become aware of the Zoomtopia Call For Speakers this week.
