ZoomEvents for conferences

I am trying to use ZOOMEvents to build a conference platform.  The structure I need  is something like this

Main page for 3 day conference 

        Three events for the three days

               a number of sessions each day ( no need forconcurrency at the moment)

                          within each session a number of speakers  (say items) one after the other  

Also I need to attach speaker bio, prerecorded presentation and a pdf copy of the paper.

Also I could not add hosts for each session.

 

Any advise would be most helpful.

    We usually build the conference platform outside of zoom, to include all the features and functions that you have described, because we have more control to design, secure our data and customize the mini site.

    However, that being said - we are in the process of  researching the zoom event platform.
