Zoom Events Report Data Incomplete
In the Event Analytics dashboard, it shows that 717 people have registered for the event. When I pull a general ticket registration report, 70 of the 717 registrations have incomplete data. They have name and email, but “no response” is listed in fields that are required on the registration form and “N/A” is listed in fields such as Registration Method and Access type. This only started occurring in the past couple of days. Some registrations are still coming through with all fields showing complete data. I did wait more than 24 hours to see if there was a delay in the report processing.
