Whoever is the product manager of this product (Docs) should be fired immediately….

We have client meetings with Zoom so I think it would be convenient to use Docs to do that. I am trying to use the Docs sites for documents sharing with a client.

It's a total useless experience -- after i spent 1 hour to search the "download" button with a share folder created and a test document uploaded. There is NO "DOWNLOAD" button, and the online editting for an EXCEL file is next to impossible. So, how anyone would be able to use this site for anything? I tell my client “hey the documents are sent and shared on Zoom Docs under the share folder (and here is the link….), but you can not download or edit anything usefully”? 

You wasted my time and money. Now i need to tell my client “we’ll find another solution other than Zoom for the project sharing”….
