Zoom on Desktop PC stopped seeing any bluetooth devices

Hi - Zoom was working fine until a few days ago.  On a PC

Now it’s not recognizing any bluetooth devices.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and disconnected / reconnected two different blue tooth devices.

What else I can do?

    Thanks for the reply.  I tried those - didn’t work yet.  Still troubleshooting.

     

    Was there an update over the last weekend?

    I’m sorry that the troubleshooting guide did not solve your concern. There are no recent updates that affect Bluetooth connectivity. But for further troubleshooting assistance, you can submit a ticket to our technical support team.
