Hello we as a school facing issue, students share there links with outsider and they join the meeting using students name and cause nuisance in class.

Please help with this, we only want our authorized users (students) join meeting.

Earlier we use free version but now we upgrade it to Paid version but still same issue.

    If your student's Zoom account is Basic Plan,

    How about registering the student's account as a member of your paid account and setting up a waiting room?

    This means that users within the account can go through the waiting room, but users outside the account can always wait in the waiting room!

    If there are students who are not members of your account, the host can invite them directly during the meeting and they can join without going through the waiting room with the following settings.
