Completely USELESS App.

Nothing but technical problems that can't be resolved. To talk to a human they shake you down for more money. Test meetings don't work.  Keep getting kicked out of them 1000x. Ai contact is useless at problem solving. Literally nothing about this POS app works  impossible to test the audio. Like literally impossible. Having a friend call me over zoom later,  or via meeting or whatever over complicated way it's done, to see if I can even get the app to work to receive a call and to see if the audio even works since the "test meeting " isn't a real thing. You can't be in a meeting you keep getting thrown out of. The exact second the tech person that needs to contact me this way for something unrelated,  I'm Uninstalling this useless joke of an app. To the case managers or whoever on here,  how are you not embarrassed that you work for Zoom? This app is nothing but aggravation.
