SOC 2 report

I have been trying to obtain a SOC 2 report for over 2 months and no-one at Zoom has been able to help me.  I need this for my compliance team.  Anyone have a number for ZOOM compliance?

    Please contact your Account manager to assist in providing the SOC 2 report for you.  If you do not know who your Account manager is, please contact our billing department to assist by opening a ticket using this link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 also make sure you are logged in with your Zoom account so we can access all the necessary data on our end.

    I did this again but have been corresponding with sales and billing department for over 2 months and no-one can figure out how to get me report?

    I did some hunting and couldn’t find the actual report, but I think it might be somewhere in this chain of documentation. Have you looked here?
