Development of the warm transfer feature using Smart Embed

We are currently developing a call control feature for a third-party CRM using Smart Embed. We encountered an issue during development and would like to ask for assistance.

While implementing the warm transfer feature, the transfer completion process is not working as expected.

The following Smart Embed commands are being used for the warm transfer flow:

• Initiate warm transfer: zcc-transfer-engagement
• Complete warm transfer: zcc-complete-transfer

The warm transfer initiation works correctly. However, when we call the zcc-complete-transfer command to complete the transfer, the transfer does not complete successfully. Instead, the call with the transfer target is disconnected, and the original caller is reconnected to the agent.

Could anyone help us understand the cause of this behavior or provide guidance on the correct implementation of the warm transfer completion flow?
