Contact Center agent call stability

Hello,

I am looking for a way to view an agents individual calls network stability during a call. Is there a way to view this without having the quality management package?

Hi @HollyRamey – Have you checked the Zoom Dashboard? There's a ZCC section there that should have this. Here's where you find it in the Zoom Portal:

 

and here's what that view looks like when you do your drill down:
