I do NOT have a firewall on,  but I keep getting this message when I try to join meetings, 

 I have tried to call and even though I have a PAID subscription to zoom live chat is not supported. 

 

Can anyone help?  zoom needs to do better on support in my opinion!!!!!!

    Please try troubleshooting using the new tool.

    This will help you look at the connectivity/ network issues between your network and zoom.
