Agents calling other Agents in ZCC

Is it possible for one Agent to call another Agent in ZCC?.  When making a 'New Voice Call' the 'Contact Center Contact' list isn't available to select an Agent from.  This contact list is available when transferring calls.  Any help appreciated

Hi there! For agent-to-agent communication, several workarounds exist: You can leverage the transfer functionality to establish connection with fellow agents, regardless of whether a customer is on the line. If your system includes Zoom Phone integration, this provides options for direct internal calls between team members. Additionally, consider alternative communication methods within the Zoom ecosystem, such as instant messaging or internal video conferencing. Let me know if any of these works for you.

Hi - thanks for the reply.  The suggestion to use the transfer function sounds promising 😀 Could you breakdown how I would be able to do this thanks.  John
