Temporary Webinar Capacity Upgrade (3000→5000) then Downgrade

I currently have a Zoom Webinar plan for 3,000 attendees. For a single event on Feb 26,

I plan to:

1. Upgrade to 5,000 capacity on Feb 25

2. Downgrade back to 3,000 after the webinar ends

Questions:

1. Will I only be charged the prorated difference for the upgrade period?

2. Can I downgrade immediately after the event with no penalties?

Thanks!

    HI @OSHC -

If you’re on a quoted or invoiced contract, contact your Zoom Account Executive or create a case to our Billing Support to ensure the upgrade and downgrade are processed correctly, as self-service prorating may differ for enterprise or multi-year contracts.

For Billing assistance, please see Zoom's billing support resources and contact instructions here.

    Hope this helps!
