Deactivated Account that has never been used.
Hi, guys.
My SSO Zoom account has been deactivated with no valid reason given. I teach a college class on Zoom and cannot use my school email account.
I have sent an appeal once and received the following message:
Your appeal has been rejected after careful review and consideration. As described in Zoom’sTerms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Guidelines, violations may carry penalties, including permanent suspension of a user’s account.

I did not violate any standards, and no reason for the appeal being denied has been given.
I have appealed again but have not yet heard back.
Again I have never used this account and I never received a notice that it had been deactivated.
I tried to contact my admin, but he has no idea why either.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
