Correcting owner of account
I am with a small non-profit, and as Program Director share all programming via Zoom weekly. We just realized I am showing up as the "owner" when really the non-profit is the owner and I am the user or admin.
The non-profit has paid for a license for my use since it's beginnings. It seems we didn't understand the correct way to reflect our roles in the organization when the account was first opened.
I have spoken to support and received two different answers. One to purchase an additional license and another to make me a member and the organization the owner but haven't been able to figure out how to do that.
