cant connect two accounts?

the info i found for connecting accounts says to sign into one account, go to profile, hit add account then sign into your other account, and look under profile again. where it used to say add accounts, it should say switch accounts, but this is not workingn for me at all, i just keep going in circles. any advices?

@kelle Please see this article about Switching between multiple accounts.

If you're setting this up via the Zoom web portal, once multiple accounts have been added, you can easily switch between them.

  1. Click your profile picture, then hover your cursor on Switch Account.
    All your currently signed-in accounts will be shown, with the email address and sign-in type (Google, SSO, etc.) indicated for each. The currently signed-in account will be indicated by a checkmark.
  2. Click one of the accounts listed to switch to that account.

Same here, so frustrating
