Billing Issue – Please Cancel Renewal Payment
Hello,
I purchased a one-year Zoom subscription in 2024 and used it briefly.
However, I stopped using the service after my business failed.
A few days ago, I received an email stating that my one-year subscription had been renewed, but the payment could not be processed by my card.
I have since requested to cancel the subscription, but the payment request has not been withdrawn.
Could you please cancel this one-year subscription?
Alternatively, could you change it to a one-month subscription, so that I can pay for just this month and then close my account?
