Billing Issue – Please Cancel Renewal Payment

Hello,
I purchased a one-year Zoom subscription in 2024 and used it briefly.
However, I stopped using the service after my business failed.

A few days ago, I received an email stating that my one-year subscription had been renewed, but the payment could not be processed by my card.
I have since requested to cancel the subscription, but the payment request has not been withdrawn.

Could you please cancel this one-year subscription?
Alternatively, could you change it to a one-month subscription, so that I can pay for just this month and then close my account?

I understand you’d like a refund for your subscription. As stated in Zoom’s Terms of Service, all subscription fees are billed upfront and are non-refundable once processed. To prevent future charges, you can cancel your subscription and your paid plan(s) will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you’d like assistance cancelling, please submit a request to Zoom Billing.

 

To change your subscription to a monthly term, please see: Changing to a monthly or annual billing cycle

I've just been billed for another year of service after canceling just after this no refund policy hit me last year.  Now after a year of not using the service at all, I've been billed for another year.  Will this just continue forever?  The chatbot told he to delete my account, then informed my my $180/year subscription doesn't include chatbot service :((

Ok!  Arnell on the 800 number just canceled my account once and for all.  Somehow, my billing email address was correctly showing basic/free service, but another email account was being billed annually.  Thanks for sorting this out :))

Hello,

I purchased a one-year Zoom subscription in 2024 and only used it for a short period. Unfortunately, my business did not work out, so I stopped using the service altogether.

A few days ago, I received an email saying that my annual subscription was renewed, but the payment could not be processed on my card. I have already requested cancellation, however the renewal payment still appears to be pending.

Could you please cancel this one-year subscription and remove the renewal payment request?

If cancellation is not possible at this stage, I would appreciate it if you could downgrade the plan to a one-month subscription so I can pay for this month only and then close the account.
