Add a second persona or admin?

I want to use my account for personal virtual meetings with friends, and also for my business which means I need two different personas. One with my pic and another with my company’s logo. How do I do this? Every time I click the link support gives me, I’m sent back to the login page over and over and over in an endless loop and never get anywhere. Help?

Since you want both personal and business personas:

  • Create two separate Zoom accounts (personal and business).
  • Use the Zoom desktop app for one and the web client for the other to avoid constant sign-ins.
  • Customize each with its own profile picture, display name, and meeting settings.

Tip: If your business account is managed by your company, check with your Zoom admin before creating a second profile under the same domain — some organizations restrict multiple accounts per domain.
