Zoom is not creating the summaries although I Turned on meeting summary automatically when meetings start

Please try disabling the automatic summary, logging out of your account, clearing your browser’s cache, and then logging back in. Afterward, you can turn the automatic summary back on.

I find that it records some meetings but not others. Would there be a reason for this?

My ai was automatically set to send meeting summaries. Big fail as I had trusted this to take place. Zoom I hope you have a fix to retroactively get this done. I trusted your service to deliver given its what I pay for.
