Meeting summary in the wrong language

Just got off a meeting and received the AI summary... in Japanese when we were all speaking English. I have no idea how to change it to English or why it was in Japanese in the first place. How to ensure the summary stays in English?

(all participants are in Japan, but ironically it's an English conversation club)

We experienced the same issue, when my boss spoke in English, the recordings came through in Korean. I have noticed the Zoom summary has been becoming more problematic recently, especially in terms of accuracy, such as in an incident where two of our users spoke full Chinese. The overall summary generated was almost entirely incorrect, including people's names.

I hope Zoom team can come with permanent fix to improving their summary accuracy.

I gave up on this. I started using loom AI.

Loom AI can summarise very accurate, record the meeting and can also link to Confluence and create a page, importantly, it set permissions on the recorded video and confluence page to the people who joined the meeting only which is really good.

So just stop using Zoom AI, use Loom AI instead.

What we are doing is, instead of using Zoom AI Summary, we take the Zoom meeting transcript and summarise it using internal GPTs, which are much more accurate than the existing Zoom AI Summary. We have done some testing, and it works well for us.
