How do I remove the AI Companion icon from the options bar?
My organization does not want to use AI Companion and when meeting participants see the icon, they want to use it.
I have disabled AI Companion by going to Account Management /Account Settings. I also disabled Meeting Summary with AI Companion and AI Companions Questions. Several community responses refer to selecting the option “Hide in Meetings toolbar.” I do not see this option. A chat with tech support and a call to Zoom - AI, not a person - did not resolve the issue.
I have a Workplace Pro account and I am the account owner.
