Hi Balex,

Regarding Export to Word Document
Currently, Zoom does not offer a direct export feature to convert your edited webinar summary into a Word document format. However, you can copy the summary content and paste it into a Word document manually to achieve your desired result.

Email Summary Without Edit Permissions
While Zoom allows you to share summaries with "People I Choose," this feature has limitations

  • Recipients typically need to sign in to view the summary
  • There's no built-in option to send summaries directly via email as view-only attachments
• Edit permission controls are not clearly defined in the current sharing options

We recommend

  • Copy your edited summary content
  • Create a Word document or PDF
  • Email the document directly to your chosen recipients
  • This ensures they receive a non-editable version without requiring Zoom access

I recommend checking Zoom's feature updates regularly, as export and sharing capabilities may be enhanced in future releases.
